all u talk about how he was robbed….u have to remember that machida is the champ….not shogun…..shogun fought like he already had the title….he needed to press more and try to finish the fight. if ne of u knew what u were talking about u would know that, especially in a title fight, let it go to the judges. U have to prove w/o a shadow of a doubt that u beat him…and the first 2 rounds were to close.the third went to machida, the last 2 went to shogun…..never let it go the distance cause it will always go the way of the champ….

Dont read the text ON THE PAGE if you don’t want it to be “spoiled”. No where in the Google TITLE or our TITLE does it say who won the fight. Don’t bitch about getting the fight for FREE. Next time, don’t come to our site for a video and actually do what normal people do and PAY FOR IT or don’t search for the video before it’s been aired in your country.
Thank you to those who actually appreciated the video. The video is laggy, best bet is to start it, do something else for a bit and watch it in about 10 minutes. It’s the best video we could get, and will likely be shut down soon anyways.

All Ya’ll that THOUGHT shogun should have won the fight are all Dumbasses. everytime shogun kicked him in the body, machida counter attacked and hit him in the face, EVERYTIME. By the third round shogun was already bleeding. May i add the knees machida gave to shogun. Anyways the fight is not counted on kicks to the legs, C’mon MAN. Hard fact, I and all you jackasses are not Judges, so let the judges to their job and exepted. P.S. Horrible horrible job by Joe rogan and Mike Goldberg. It kind of seemed like they wanted shogun to win SO BAD. “to be the champion and become the champion you have to CLEARLY BEAT the champion”, Shogun did OK but not enough….

i agree with the decision, just because joe rogan wants to suck off ruas dick doesnt mean he won the fight, everytime rua threw the leg kick machida punched him in the head, joe rogan wasnt calling any of machidas hits, joe rogan doesnt dictate the fights hes so bias when he calls the fights, keith jardins last fight rogan was favouring him big time then all of a sudden jardine got knocked the fuck out, rogan needs to call the fights with out bias or get a new fucking announcer. rua did not do enough to take the belt clearly, i agree with the judges completely, all 3 judges saw it the same way

Lyoto Machida is one of my fav fighters but i got to say he lost that fight. Shogun won that fight hands down and this is comeing from a big fan of Lyoto Machida

Ummm… I agree with the judges, I dont agree on the wide gap of 48-27, Im sure it was closer then that. However the fight consisted of Shogun doing leg kicks and a few punches and counters…. Lyoto fought like a champ, very defensive, and was hardly damaged (except his legs lol). Unanimous decision is in other terms a tie, and the tie breaker are the points gained from the fight. If the Champion fought defensive enough to last 5 rounds against the contender, then he is still champion.
btw, Im not a fan of either fighter. -

i just watched the fight and seriuosly for all you wannabe fans that dont know mma and just wanna watch a scrap you guyz are all idiots, yes mauricio shogun won round 4 and 5 clearly but lyoto won round 3 clearly and rounds 1 and 2 were very close and up in the air, both had highligh moments in the first 2 rounds and OBVIOUSLY wen rounds are as close as that without doink ass commentators like rogan who should seiruosly quit the ufc.. because he an idiot,, the champion WINS… obviously the fight is judged fairly but wen their to close to call the champino SHOULD WIN, you gotta want the belt and clearly show you want to win, rua did great and i love both fighters but wen you dont clearly win at least 3 rounds hands fuckin down you dont win the fight he won 2 hands down but round 3 was machidas and round 1 and 2 could have gone either way MACHIDA IS THE CHAMP, RUA DIDNT BRING IT ENOUGH TO WIN SORRY FAGS, suck ruas dick another time

Ok. If this wasn’t a title fight, Shogun would have won without a doubt. The fact that this was a title fight gave Machida an advantage. It was clear that the stronger fighter that night was Shogun. Machida was all cut up and panting by the end. He couldn’t prance around anymore. He looked defeated when they were about to announce the winner and when he heard his name he got so happy and surprised. Come on! Maybe the champ needs to prove that he is still the champ. He couldn’t defeat the Muay Thai style that shogun had. W/e…we definitely need a rematch. But I don’t know how much more you need to do to beat the champion. What does beyond the shadow of a doubt mean. The only thing would be a knockout. It’s unfair that when it goes to decision the champion should win by default.

Shogun won this fight hands down. The judging in this fight reminded me of the boxing judges back in the 70’s and 80’s… corrupt as hell.
You won “Shogun” Rua and you know it. Machida… you’re out of shape and got rocked this fight… you should of just handed that belt over to Rua and retired on the spot you lazy slug.
