Here is the fight between Georges St. Pierre vs. Jon Fitch at UFC 87. A highly anticipated match with Fitch the #1 contender turned out to be a one sided beat down by GSP. Fitch displayed tons of heart, but it just wasnt enough as GSP won a five round unanimous decision.

Here is the fight between BJ Penn vs. Joe Stevenson at UFC 80. BJ dominated Stevenson into a bloody mess and then landed a rear naked choke in round two.

Live on Saturday January 24, 2009 at the Staples Center in Los Angeles, California Live on HBO. Antonio Margarito (37-5) will square off with Sugar Shane Mosley (45-5) for Margarito’s WBA welterweight title.  Odds are Margarito -400/ Mosley +300.  Margarito is coming off a huge win over Miguel Cotto where Margarito was a heavy underdog and eventually scored an 11th round TKO. Margarito has held the WBO, IBF, and WBA welterweight titles. Mosley is one of the most accomplished boxers of his era. He also is coming off a win over the always controversal Ricardo Mayorga, scoring a 12th round KO.  Mosley has lost only once in his last seven fights dating back to 2004.

This should turn out to be a very exciting fight.  Margarito is a work horse and throws many punches that eventually wear down his opponents. Both fighters have excellent chins and Mosley has never been stopped in a fight, which leads me to believe this fight may go all 12 rounds. Pick your winner and place a bet on your fighter, it makes watching the fight much more exciting.
