Really MIguel is extremely talented and exciting in this sport. I record His , Carlos Condit and Urijah Faber to use while I am doing my own workouts, they really pack the excitement into the routine for me. Thanks Miguel for the great shows. Now I watch the fight with Yoshidia Meada until it just screetches if it come back on versus I will be able to record again this exciting fight . I am so sorry I missed recording it on the actual night of the fight but I was set up too. The entrance Miguel made was spectacular , amazing Pride as he came into the arena with his Native Mexican Heritage Anthem playing it was so beautiful to watch but I dont think I will be able to get that they will never show the full version again.
So Miguel you are really a joy especially the kicks that chasing your opponent striking and kicking dont be afraid to blast em with multiple times . Now that you have had your belt one whole yr today sir I see a change each fight in your confidence and comfortness as a world champion truely you are a deserved Champion Miguel so Congradulations on ONE YEAR AS THE WEC BANTOMWEIGHT CHAMPION !! MIGUEL ANGELL TORRES GO DOWN IN HISTORY BROTHER -

I have been a certified martial arts, kick boxing and boxing instructor since 1977.
There are a couple of fighters who impress me when they are batling on the ground only. All of the cage fighters need a lot of training when they are fighting standing up. It seems to me they are just throwing wild punches without any real defense or technique whatsoever.
If any of the fighters and including our world champions would like to really learn how to fight standing up, please contact me. ( I am ready and available to give you guys a hand )
If your are a current world champion or if you would like to become one, do not hesitate te get a hold of me. ( I will get you there without any sweat! )
If you already are one, you must get a hold of me if you want to keep defending your crown successfully.I will teach you how to press forward blocking all of your opponent’s blows and knocking him out in the first round, instead of just backing up and running away from him like most fighters usually do it.

With all due respect,
I would like to challenge any of our current world champions to go a friendly round against me.
If you guys really want to make it to a world championship, or if you are already a world champion and would like to defend your crown successfully you must get a hold of me as soon as possible.
I personally volunteer to do a round against any of you ( any weight ) in order for all of you to realize what you are really missing.
I have that feline Bruce Lee attack, counter attack, and exactly his defense technique plus!
Give us an opportunity and you will become a champion or you will remain a world champion for a long, long time!
You can contact me on ( mipagina.univision.com/lambertoquintero ) or eMail: adelitacuriel@yahoo.com

Hey miguel how about that Yoshidia Medea i think thats his name, The chino that took you to the fifth round. You hit that mf with almost everything you had or at least i thought you did unless that was part of your game plan.Don’t get me wrong i dig the way you fight and you are one of my favorite mma fighters ,i just think that you are a target and everyone’s coming after you for your belt so i kinda got a little worried in your last fight. I think you should train more on your knock -out power that way nobody will have the balls to go toe 2 toe with you and if they do like Yoshidia did you’ll knock the s.o.b. right out stiff on the floor.Keep up the good work and stay focused keep training hard and always remember don’t let up not even for a minute cause you’re a marked man and they’re coming to get u.

I think Miguel Torres is the BEST thing to come out of East Chicago INDIANA (please fix that fact on this website…there is no East Chicago IL). Not only are you a local boy done good, but you don’t forget your roots and where you come from and you give back to the community in spades. Your gym in Hammond is a wonderful gift to the city. You make me even more proud to be a “region rat”!
Stay strong, my man! -

Miguel i just finshed watching your fight against brian bowles, i’m so fucken upset i can’t believe you lost .You know what, it is what it is, now you gotta go back to the gym and train your ass off like a true champ does.Like i said before you gotta work on your KO power you gotta make those hands like dynamite, like your hands are made out of stone.I know you will be back but in order to finish these MF’s off fast and be alot more dangerous you must pack a punch like a heavyweight . Please take my advise and not only will you regain your title but you will be one of the most if not the most dangerous fighters around once more, but this time you will be so damm good that you will have to change weight class to a heavier division and still KICK THAT ASS..Oh YEAH BRIAN BETTER ENJOY HIS SHORT VICTORY BECAUSE YOU’RE COMING BACK TWICE AS STRONG AND HUNGRYER . I guess you were getting a little bored for a while but i’m sure that you will answer that WAKE-UP bell….GOOD LUCK MIGUEL ON YOUR COME-BACK RUN FOR YOUR BELT AND GOD BLESS YOU CARNAL…….

Let me train you!!! PLEASE!!! WHY WON’T ANYONE LET ME TRAIN THEM!!!???

This kid Torres is the most complete human adaptation of a
mixed martial arts fighter that I’ve seen to date.
I’m excited to spot his successor in the evolution.
