$500 for YOU to win - UFC 83 picks contest!

I’d like to personally thank everyone for participating in the contest.  We had a great turnout, and I’d like to do it again for UFC 84 if we can get the sponsors back on board.  A HUGE thanks goes out to BetUS.com who put up the prize money for the contest.  They are a great bunch of guys, and will take care of all your betting needs for sure.  Ok enough chatting, here’s the winners for the UFC 83 contest….

1st place - Griffin Lambert who won $3000 by betting his whole roll of $1000 on Jason Day at +300.  Nice pick.  Griffin wins a $250 betting account at BetUS.

2nd place - Winner gets second place  with a great pick throwing down his whole roll also, but this time on Rich Clementi.  Winner profited $1300 in the contest, good enough for 2nd place and a $150 betting account at BetUS.

3rd place - JB takes home 3rd place with a great 3-1 showing.  He hit on Franklin, Clementi and Goulet.  Overall he profited $535 on the contest.  JB gets a $50 bettnig account at BetUS.

Alright MMA fans, we setup an awesome UFC 83 picks contest with $500 in cash prizes available to whoever finishes in the top 3. The best part of all is it’s free to enter.

How the contest works

  • Each participant starts with $1000 in play money. You can use your $1000 to make “bets” on any fighter(s) you want for UFC 83. You may pick only one fight, or you you can bet on as many as you’d like. The 3 partcipants who finish with the most amount of money will be declared the winners and will receive betting accounts from BetUS.com with the following prizes…
  • 1st place - $250
  • 2nd place - $150
  • 3rd place - $50
  • Additional rules: In the event of a tie, the person who posts their picks first will be the winner. All picks will be based on the lines posted on this page. They will not change. All players must sign up for an account at BetUS.com. You do not have to deposit, but you must have an account. You may only make one post per BetUS account. All IP addresses will be checked, so do not post multiple times….

How to get started

  • 1. Sign up for an account at BetUS.com. (takes about 2 minutes) You do not have to deposit money, you just need to have an account.
  • 2. Post your picks in the comment section of this post. You may bet up to $1000 total for all of your picks combined. Also post your account number from BetUS.com. You may not enter a post without your account number (please dont post a password, just the account number).
